Awaiting Medea

In the flower-filled garden of an ancient 18th-century farmhouse on the slopes of the Monti Pisani, we offer an apericena filled with the scent of tradition and simple pleasures: a journey through the flavours of our local Calci area.

An aperitif prepared with our own syrups made from locally grown fruit and flowers, dishes cooked with our organic extra virgin olive oil, the coolness of the garden, and the song of the cicadas all come together to create the perfect atmosphere to begin the evening, before being moved by the performance of Medea at the Certosa.
