Resonances

RESONANCES is an immersive experience where nature, movement, and rhythm come together in the enchanting setting of Castel San Giorgio, among the olive trees at the foot of Monte Serra. A journey combining Qigong, a rhythm workshop with percussion instruments, dinner under the stars, and a sound bath, where the body becomes a form of expression, rhythm creates connections, and sound guides participants towards a shared state of wellbeing and presence.

Experience duration: approximately 3 hours of activities, followed by a convivial dinner.

Participation fee: €50, including:

• Qigong session
• Rhythm workshop with the use of a variety of percussion instruments
• Guided relaxation
• Sound bath
