Visit the fully organic farm and olive mill, followed by a tasting of extra virgin olive oil led by an official olive oil taster. In addition to tasting the oil, you will be able to sample a selection of traditional dishes, accompanied by various natural condiments, Sangiovese wine, and liqueurs produced by the farm itself. All of this surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside at the foot of Monte Pisano, with a stunning view of the village of Vicopisano.
